You think a billion dollar company would already caught who it was and fixed this all and not ask for outside help outside the expensive help there already requesting.

Whoever hacked made it untraceable, or esle they would been long caught. Someone really did their homework and made sure they weren't getting busted in the end. Props to them, even though they completely ****ed over gaming entertainment to a company that doesn't even know the hell there even doing.
