I'm running Kai version 7.3.1.7 because the new version doesn't let me connect to hosts. Everything on the new version works fine but I can't connect to any hosts.

Can someone help me with my problem? I would like it to stop being stuck on that part. Please don't tell me to download the new version because, once again, it doesn't let me connect to any hosts. I'm on PS3.
