I think you got it wrong buddy. PSN is supposed to FULLY up by May 31st. Theyre turning on the servers so people can play again pretty soon but not everything will be able.

They're not sure about turning on the server back up and giving the new psn update. As you can see on there website, they isn't any updates from them.
Edit: &I live in cali, sorta near the bay. its been around 80 degrees and up

Well, in my opinion, theyre not updating their site because theyre trying to fix PSN. Just because theyre not updating it, doesnt mean theyre having second thoughts about turning on the servers.
