Killer Instinct will never be made again, Microsoft and Nintendo both own the rights to it, Microsoft owns Rare, and Nintendo made the game, and as for Midway.. "As of 2011, Midway is a corporation existing under Delaware law subject to a Chapter 11 bankruptcy liquidation plan.", either one who would try to make it would get sued by the other, and vice versa. sad to say that there will NEVER be another Killer Instinct.
