(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Today I decided to call Sony customer support at 1-800-345-7669. I started off being an angry customer complaining how Sony has been a horrible company and has not considered about their customers at all. Later, he transfered me to his manager and he was able to reveal some of the efforts made by Sony to restoring PSN services and protecting their information

He told me that programs for protecting against Identity theft efforts are being made but are at the last item on their agenda. US services has started to roll out but efforts for other regions are not a main priority. He also was able to tell that not to expect PSN to return this week due to the extent of the attack. He was unable to release any more details regarding the attack but he told me that PSN will definately not return this week. He also stated that all the blog posts are pieces of information sent out to their departments to be posted. Most employees know about the situations but are not allowed to release any information. Hence the useless blog posts.

For all of you waiting for PSN, according to Sony's employee, this week does not look so great either.

I am frustrated with the lack of support and efforts made by Sony and I really hope their communications department realizes that If they provide a PROPER update, you will have a lot more supporters on your own side, maybe even your own employees.

Any thoughts? Do you think PSN will return this week or not?

Cake is a lie
Why do people call????????????

A Sony employee won't give your random ass anymore info than Sony's blog gives.

"Hello, I'm Joe the plumber and I was wondering when PSN will be up. I mean surely you will tell me info that your official blog or credible websites don't know."

STOP CALLING. It's a waste of time
