You thing the people at the call centers are the ones that are in charge of getting it fixed? Because they're not. Oh, and I guaruntee that they are working around the clock because the longer it takes them, the more money they lose.

Come on man, these guys are trying to make a honest living while these kids make it harder for them. and even if they are depressed thats not nothing to joke about because it happens to all of us later on in life and it will happen to him. and calling him a bitch was uncalled for

i would imagine that the people working at the call center would be sooo pissed of with ppl ringing up just for no reason they prob not even take ur issue seriously OR they not even answer phone and put u on hold for like 20min lol
