Get a capture card if you wanna do it often a HD PVR if not get a dazzle prices vary for them both google them.

I got a EzCap capture card off ebay, cost about £10 but works perfectly. Its a EzCap DC60+ if your interested but it all depends on how good a quality you want.

it depends on your budget and desired quality
lower budget a dazzle will do fine
if you want top quality you will need a hdpvr
