Please be truthful, if you say for instance "London" and someonce says "im from london and it isnt up" ill remove london from the list.
I feel this will help the community in some way, some im posting it Smile

Kazuo Hirai just announced that we have begun the phased restoration by region of some of the services, starting with online multiplayer functionality.

they said almost 2hours ago that it has started.. so im hoping it will be online before 3... but who knows.. its Slowny were talking about loool xD
