You need to change your password to access your psn account, and they send your account a verification email. That means you need to have entered a legit email to get your account back :jim: Im sitting next to a friend who just lost all of his accounts, LOL
Don't forget your Sign-In ID and Password. You will need it to access your account.
To change or edit registration details, sign in to your PlayStation(R)Network account and select "Account Management".

um i was able to change password without having to enter my old pw because it was saved, and i didnt have to activate it through email and i never got a email still but i can go on psn as soon as update tho..
