You only need a Real E-mail if your Account wasn't activated ( no Downloads from PSN ) You have to go to the website and log in and it will say that an message has been sent to the e-mail to change the password, which is what i did to my friend since he din't know what to do. I Dint need the e-mail or the Code because i had downloaded stuff from PSN so i just tried logging in and changed the pass from my ps3.
