and on my main account i do it and im able to change my password.

that happend to me before too, all you gotta do is restart the ps3 and go on it again and it should prompt to change pw

yea it still doesnt work. even deleted the name on my ps3 and created a new user from a previous user. and it still doesnt work wtf!!

Yea that also is kind of happening with me, I press ok change password and then it says an email has been sent to your email but when I go to the email it says i havent recieved any mail, but now it is also telling me the same error

yeah same, and the thing is that this is my second account which means the email was made up and i go and check yahoo and it says the email was already taken., so im screwed and need to call sony, they better reset it for me
