The US came online after 8hours after they twittered that they were going to restore the network.
The first US onlineage came after 2 hours after they said they were going restore it.

We are 5 hours after the update now and there is no news on any country that is online

Finally PSN comming up tonight, 2 - 3 hour i think.

Lets hope the best, i think this gonna be good and get online again and play with friends.

The update came at 12:00 GMT for 3.61 - US was restored at 7 GMT, Thats 7 Hours in. Your logic is flawed, So you can keep on waiting.
