As you may know PSN Global Service restoration is in the process, however many thing's such as the PS Store have not yet been fully restored and ready for use. Of course many PSN users want to know when they'll be able to recieve their welcome back gifts provided by Sony for the outage.
Nick Caplin – Head of Communications, SCEE, gave us an update:

He also went on and told us that the restoration of the PS Store is part of phase II which they are not on at the moment.
