Wrong section. But have you tried restarting your ps3 and resetting your internet connection settings?

If it comes up with error code 80710d36, then it means its busy, youll just have to wait til later considering everyone will be trying to do the exact same thing as you.
If it just doesnt load and you get another error, cant help sorry, try what everyone else suggests.
