We were having connections issues on Black Ops (Couldn't connect to each other at all) and me and 1 other reset reset out modems. the others just turned the PS3's off then back on, and poof no one could sign back in. I at first got "PlayStation is undergoing maintenance" then I got the error code above.
Not sure what happened, but it's down.
