your redeem code redeems threw the store so until the store is up i dont think u can play

im not sure if your code to play online goes on to the game server or is like a store activation

if u lose the code then u have to buy a new 1 from the playstation store

so im presuming it activates your account via psn store to play online

but im not 100%

I think you need the Playstation Store to Activate it like Ozza88 said.

You can do a temporary 2-day trial, but that's all you can get unfortunately. The code is indeed activated through the Playstation Store, and you can't activate your code until it opens. If you've used the temporary 2-day trial, I'm afraid you will have to wait. I got on the trial and played online in the meantime, so if you want to go on now, go right on ahead and enjoy it until the 2 days expires.
