Ed Boon, creator of Mortal Kombat, has revealed that DLC will be available for the newest installment of the game “in the next few weeks.” It’s reported to contain a patch for balance changes, another playable character: Skarlett, and some other free stuff.

Skarlett being in Mortal Kombat 9 isn’t really news — she was announced on March 27, and it wasn’t even surprising at that point since she had been outed earlier than that.
But yay, more girls. Hopefully Skarlett will kick ass and have an awesome fatality or two.

My gawd tell me about it! I really really REALLY, hate the lag.. It messes up my combo inputs and I end up just doing very simple moves.
And a reply to the OP, Skarlett is having a trailer this Monday, and is also playable at E3. We will see some of her moves and such :y:
