You won't like 120Hz for First-Person-Shooters. There's a noticeable input lag with 120Hz. Don't get me wrong though, they look amazing for movies and TV, but there is a difference between a gaming TV, and a television watching TV. As stupid as that sounds...

I have a 60hz Sony 40" LCD and gaming looks amazing on it. My brother has a 100hz Sony 55" LCD and there are no problems with CoD on it either.

Buy what you can afford, specs don't mean a hell of a lot in the real world.

I just bought a 1080p 120Hz 42" Tv. It felt laggy but then i noticed on my tv's menu theres different display options. Like Tv, movie, Game, and custom settings. When i set it to game display the lag was fixed. Well worth $598, lol
