So everything goes well and i type in the Letter security check, and then it asks me for a new password, so i type in a new one , and it gives me this : You must login or register to view this content.
Am i the only one? since my account doesn't have Playstation Store , the link says :
You must login or register to view this content.countryNotSupportedLogout.action
does it mean i can't changemy password since i don't have playstation store on my account?

it's not only and it's the whole PSN the PSN is down you can't get new password unless you call them the PSN is down on maintance

yea it's down you can call them for change password or wait for it till PSn is up
