I want to sync my CFW 3.55 trophies to PSN through the new official firmware (I do have two PS3 console), but the problem is, the other PS3 3.61 console I can't temper with that (which is not mine), is it possible to:

1. Data Utility Transfer from the OFW 3.61 FAT PS3 to a External (Internal?) HDD
(thus placing it in a "hold" storage for now)
2. Data Transfer my PS3 SLIM CFW 3.55 to the PS3 OFW FAT Console
(which would make All the 3.55 data work for 3.61?; ex. trophies synced to PSN 3.61)
3. Then do Same Data Transfer back (the transferred FAT to my original SLIM Console
(want to put it back the way it was before)
4. The DTU from the External HDD to the Original OFW Console

Note: Yes all the trophies I earned in the CFW console is linked to a email address

and everything should be back as it was? (of course erasing all the homebrew application out of my Slim PS3 before transferring to the Fat Console (on #2)

or does this not work? what is another solution to have your CFW 3.55 trophies sync to the OFW 3.61?

The only think you can do is data transfer and unlock the trophies over again. Unfortunately, this process is only possible when using two custom firmware ps3s.

How do you achieve this if you have two CFW PS3's? do you lose trophies earned too?

So basically, If I data transfer, I lose everything I worked for and have to do them again or just stay put until someone has a working solution to sync trophies through CFW (something like the DNS bypass theory? or a official 3.61 CFW)

Not really sure how it works, but the trophies do stick. Data transferring only makes you lose everything on the ps3 that you are data transferring to. Your cfw ps3 won't lose anything, but the trophies cannot be synced. I doubt you will ever be able to sync trophies from a custom firmware ps3. Unless you update.

So the trophies from your CFW 3.55 does transfer over, yea I only care about my trophies earned from CFW 3.55 to able to be transferred to the new 3.61, but I think you can sync it after you do the transfer (I have it linked the games trophies I earned to my main psn account which before CFW I have the same games under my same psn account) because it says on the official PS3 Manual:

"The following restrictions apply if you perform the data transfer operation without creating a PlayStation®Network account:
-You may not be able to use the saved data on the destination PS3™ system.
-You may no longer be able to earn trophies using the saved data that you transferred.
-Trophy information is not transferred."

Oh, I'm so sorry. I was talking about hard drive transferring between two custom firmware ps3s. No, you cannot transfer trophies, only saves.

Well how about just direct upgrade to 3.61 from my CFW 3.55 console? I know you won't lose trophies, but aware that Sony might have a data log sent that I have a CFW installed and be flagged for ban?
I don't know how that goes, but one thing I know is to delete every single trace of homebrew apps/backups but don't know how to delete the Custom Firmwares itself

Deleting your homebrew won't do a thing . Upgrading your ps3 is a good idea, to get trophies, but I would stock up first. You could use logjam to fix your ps3 logs, but it really doesn't matter. Getting your ps3 banned is very rare. I would update to 3.55 original firmware before updating to the newest version.

No, updating to original firmware only hides back ups. It actually doesn't delete anything.
