L.A. Noire – What I think so far..

L.A. Noire, the new Rockstar release thought to be an amazing game that everybody had been waiting for! Or is it? We take a look at just how good this game REALLY is. Many reviews on the internet are moaning that either they have completed the game and really had no use for it anymore other than sell it… Others moan that it is too repetitive. In my opinion the game is not as good as I had expected it to be, but seeming as I have only played the first part of the campaign, I cant really argue that it is not so good.

A big down to this game is the fact that there is no multiplayer, Near enough all Rockstar games have included online ( Grand Theft Auto SA, Grand Theft Auto IV and Red Dead Redemption) But L.A. Noire is the odd one out. Why is that we ask? Is it because they focused too much on the campaign and had no room to fit online… Or is it just because they are lazy and couldn’t simply be bothered to include it?

Back to campaign though, alot of people moan and groan that the game is simply too repetitive, but in my opinion the games campaign is different in all sorts of ways, from car chases to on foot chases, gun shootouts and solving murders, these are just a few features included in the game that makes the game so unique.
Feel Free to respond and tell me what you think of it so far and please watch the trailer I love it. It's my Opinion Bitch so let me post it Smile

Personally I love the game I've not completed it yet but I'm close I think the only thing what I don't get is the driving it's to fake tbh compared to gta iv and they should of included street parole and u can roam the streets and crimes take place

Daddy's home.
I really like it. I'm not board of the campaign yet and I just got to disk 3. The only thing I don't like is the A.I. They mover in front of your car when you have sirens on. The pedestrians run and walk in front of your car. That's annoying as hell. As for multiplayer, I don't think it needs it. Why should every game have multiplayer? Games just add it for the hell of it, and many times it's not good. I'm glad they left it out, although it would have a good concept, cops and robbers maybe, it doesn't need it. As for repetitive, it is in a little way, but not huge, like the first Assassins Creed. How can people moan that this is repetitive and not CoD online? All you do on that is play the same maps and shoot people. How's that not repetitive? People these days don't appreciate good campaign games. It's all about online or graphics rather than story.

Do a barrel roll!
I wasted my $70. This is very repetitive. After I solve 2 cases I am so bored of the game cause its the same thing. The only thing that gets harder is they add more clues you have to find. It's way too easy to tell when someone is lying...they do the same thing everytime. My 4 year old cousin could even see that they were lying. The driving in the game is ridiculous, everytime i turn I about crash because the turning is so touchy. I give this game a 6/10. and the only reason it has such a high score from me is b/c of the beautiful graphics in it,the face reading technology is a step up and something i hope to see in all games, it helps bring a certain realness.

It's not repetitive, there's enough variety. If you've only gone 2 cases into the game (out of 21) then obviously you'll think otherwise, however. The more clues thing is completely false, there's always more or less the same amount. It's not easy to tell if someone's lying, occasionally there'll be an easy character(intentionally) however often it's quite difficult, and even then with the face-capture technology you mention two suspects are never the same. The driving pissed me off at first too, but free-roam for a bit through people's gardens etc(lol) and you'll soon get a feel for it and really appreciate how much more fun it makes it. And 6/10? REALLY? Just because it's not an unrealistic action FPS game like CoD doesn't make it bad, just means it isn't suited to you as a gamer :n:

Done, next?

i started playing the game this week and i love....probably my favorite game so far this year....great graphics, storyline and gameplay....after 10 cases in i dont find the game repetitive....first person shooters are repetitive (i.e cod)....so overall i would give this game around a 9 out of 10 (my opinion)
