First You need to download these files
1. Winrar - You must login or register to view this content.
2. Adobe Photoshop - You must login or register to view this content. 3. Dynamic theme Creator - 32 bit - You must login or register to view this content. - 64 bit - You must login or register to view this content.
make sure you have winrar first install photoshop next,
Now, open up the theme creator and press HEAVY RAIN at the top. then click open dds files and load up bg.gtf_1 in photoshop if a box pops up click conver to 8bit and click load MIP maps. edit it to what you like it and save as these settings! - filename - bg.gtf_1. Format - DDS, then click save, if a 'Nvida' box pops up you need to select DXT5 ARGB 8 bpp | interpolated alpha in the dropdown box at the top and check the No mip maps box. Now back to the theme editor,press browser and click desktop and name it to what you like, then press save. Almost done.
Press start at the bottom then a CMD box will pop up, wait for 10 seconds then press enter and you should have a p3t file on your desktop - that is the theme, Finally we need to get this on our ps3, so on your USB memory stick make a folder callled PS3 in that folder create another folder called THEME, in theme put you p3t file in there, now plug it in to your ps3 and go to theme options. click install. DONE
