It makes a clicking sound when i insert the movie.It will play a game it just wont play a movie does click click click then a eject sound.:'( help please

Either your laser is broken, or the update ****ed up the firmware used to play blu-rays. You'll have to get the laser replaced or try upgrading to official firmware and seeing if that helps.

I may be wrong, but I think you can sometimes get it working again if you use the recovery menu on the PS3.

try entering recovery mode and re-installing EVERYTHING. to the OFW.
To enter recovery mode,
press power button, and keep holding it until you hear + 2 rapid beeps

go into recovery mode and try different options

You have chosen to jailbreak your ps3 so now the blu ray don't work that's the downside to playing backups you can't have your cake and eat it I'm afraid.

yeah recovery mode to reset video settings and then updrade to ofw if it dont work your lasers fugged
