how to make your own custom controller...
example: white dpad or buttons.

Dpad's and buttons are very simple to mod. It just involves buying some, then opening up your pad using a T8 Torx and the buttons just fall out. For the dpad i'm not sure what type of screwdriver you use it may be a Phillips, but 2 screws and a little "latch" and then it pops right out.
