We never heard from the man for over 2 weeks now and i have been asked a lot of questions to how he has been doing recently. As we all have known, graf_chokolo has been served unjustified court papers on his PS3 development works, that includes his (now released) OtherOS++ project and as far as what i have been told, he’s still in that ongoing court case. But, don’t worry, his close contact has said to me that “he is fine”. Even though it is a short one, it’s certainly a very good news to the PS3 sceneas a whole and we really hope that he can make a fine battle with the crazy rusty crabs.:dingding:

You can read the recent messages that graf_chokolo has posted on our hosted site, grafchokolo.com, sounds like these: “Civil process costs.” followed with “Does our law system try to bankrupt private persons intentionally or not ? Just a thought.”
