So it loads and then I get an error, connection timed out and the Store quits. I go back on the Store and I have £35 in my wallet! So it took twice as much!

Same, I went to see if I could get little big planet free and clicked buy now to go to the next screen to see if it was charging next thing I know I get a error code and I go back on and £25 is in my wallet. WTF! How are you getting a refund?

That's the opposite of true, i've been refunded by sony for than once for PS Store mishaps.
