Basically, this means that when it runs out and you have your CC details on your account, it automatically takes money without your consent and gives you another subscription. Smart move?Fortunately, you can turn this off.
1. Account Management
2. Transaction Management
3. Services List
4. Playstation Plus

Incase you want to turn it off go to:
1. Account Management
2. Transaction Management
3. Services List
4. Playstation Plus
Then under one of the options there will be a blue button which allows you to turn it off.

I believe it should be found there , turn it off not to autorenew
It a simple annoying over sight by sony
