Im having the same problem i dont get it like wtf sony update your ****ing sign in on website luckly my main was able to change password on the day it was back up on the ps3.

this is down for everyone. nobody can access the page on sony's website nor access account management on their systems.

so the password changing process is not available at the moment? (via website)
