means your account was made after the psn outage (April 20th) or its just traffic from other people downloading

@xyzazncannon No it doesnt..I'ts just a glitch, it happend to me and i'm now downloading them, @GodlyzP keep trying and/or try these steps: Account management> Transaction management> Service list
