i found out how to do it.
Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List>PlayStation Network Promotions>PlayStation 3 Free Games> choose the 2 you want.

u can also get to them buy going to "whats new" and clicking on welcome back pack

i had to do that before as the store was giving errors on loading so i had to go to whats new and then it let me on the store and from there i downloaded my games

Yeah, just go into the store by picking the Welcome Back Package, and from there it should let you in.
