What are you talking about? Are you asking if you can download UC3 or BF3 as a welcome back gift? Or if you're just referring to ps+ its self why would you wait that long? I'm sure there's a time scale in which you must start your free ps+ subscription. Either way there's nothing substantial you will get out of it anyways unless you plan on spending a bunch of PSN cards just to save some money with ps+
