So I'm finally giving up 3.55-kmeaw CFW and updating to 3.61 OFW. Emulators and homebrew were fun, but I can play emulators on my PSP & PC. Pirating games was cool too :carling: but I only have 3 retail games, and about 30 backups.

Yes, I'm a filthy :pirate: But the funny thing is that I've only played about 3 of those 30 "backups" for more than 2 hours or so, before getting bored and never playing them again. I just couldn't stay focused on one game. And I guess it's true what they say, that most pirates pirate games that they would never buy, even if they had the money.

The lack of PSN and the inability to play some of the newer games make me want to update to 3.61 OFW. But don't worry, I'm not one of those guys who'll whine and "cry" after I've updated.

I don't really know if I'll get either of them. The last 2 COD games I played were COD3 and Modern Warfare 1 on my Xbox 360.
I loved COD3's campaign and MP. I liked MW's campaign, but disliked the multi-player. I was just thinking of picking up BO or MW2 because I know a lot of people play those games.

Honestly, I don't like FPS games in general. But I actually like Killzone 3, so maybe it'll be the only FPS game I pick-up today. I might just wait for MW3.

I only regret it because i can't mod my games anymore. I never pirated a game or anything else.

Are they any other active PSN games? I've only had a PS3 since November of last year.
I've been a 360 gamer since '06 and decided to switch last year, because my 360 broke (for the 3rd time) and my 3 year warranty expired.

The only retail games I own for my PS3 are Fallout NV, FFXIII, and God of War 3. When I had (pirated) Killzone 3 back in February, that was the first game with online multi-player that I owned.
And I would really like to play more online multi-player games. But I missed out on alot of games that are considered "old" now.
