I only got Ratchett & Clank and Dead Nation as although i have more than 1 psn account, ive played all the rest 
EDIT: Counting the free ps+ subscription though i got another 3 from there so make that 5 if that counts too

If you go to account management --> transaction management --> services list you can select a game if you didn't get the game because the store timed out or something, same thing happened to me

The Welcome Back option in the store expires a month after it was first displayed. So I think it disappears on July 3rd.
