1. I don't have PSN+ nor the 2 free games.
2. Nothing besides 1 theme show up on the page of the PSN store
3. I have not downloaded anything, but one theme and Hulu or whatever its called
4. I wen't to service list and nothing is there.
5. Should I call Sony or what? & if I do what should I tell them?

yea call sony for sure. but the account has to be made before a certain date i believe

ok for me to answer you question you need to tell me when did you make that account. if you made it after the shutdown of psn then you will now be offered this welcome back dlc. if you did have the account before the shutdown then you should call sony and tell em that and they should somehow maybe give you like a redeem code so that you may download what you want.

I made the account after PSN wen't back online, but I have other accounts that are like months old that I still use and if I try to download something with them it still won't work.

well the one that you made after psn came back online WILL NOT work thats for sure. but as i said before i believe the account has to be made before a certain date, not 100% sure about it though.
