mine was the uk help email

yours is usa isnt it and usa tend to get automated messages

i ddnt i got an instant reply but they said there busy atm and will get back to me

and it took 4 days to get an answer back from the usa email

yes im in the us well i guess i will have to wait and see will keep you updated on the outcome
