Inside BLUS-30522 there are 2 folders and 1 SFB File, PS3_GAME, PS3_UPDATE and PS3_DISC.SFB. So where about should I put the folders on a jailbroken PS3?

you put the blus30522 folder in the GAMES or GAMEZ folder on your ps3 internal hdd depending on which folder your backup manager uses....you could also play the game from an external hdd by making a GAMES or GAMEZ folder on the root of your external hdd and put the BLUS folder there...i hope that answers your question
