My account is not american, but Brazilian, and PS Store isnt avaiable here. **** YOU SONY. i cant recover my acc since im BR? **** YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU ILL SUE YOU I LOST MY 10TH PRESTIGE LEGIT ACC.

me? ringing them? hmmm a 14 year boy ringing from BRAZIL to the US paying so much for the dial and hear "sorry, you lost your account" lawl i've emailed them, saying also that many of my friends tough they lost their accounts. if i get my account back, ill help every1 here to get their accounts back, sony is LAME. i dont care about PS STORE that isnt avaiable in brazil, screw that, i have an american account bcuz of that, i WANT MY ACC. sony is crap. damn im pissed :lol:

sign into your account and ANY I REPEAT ANY playstation network region site and it will tell u that u need to reset your password

check your email and it should be there a link to reset your password

thats how i did mine also when i checked my email my link was there because the rush of reseting passwords is over and done

god, i know i need to reset it. but since my acc is brazilian, ps store isnt avaiable in brazil. in process of reseting the pass it says "PlayStation®Store is not available in the selected country or region."

are u doin it through your ps3 or pc

depends, the part "You need to enter a new password" on ps3. then it send email and i go pc.

bad news: after days of waiting, i've got a answer from Sony.
They sayd i need to contact the suport of Brazil, and therefore sony us cannot help me.
ALSO, i've seen and THERE IS NO SUPPORT in brazil, so im screwed.
What should i do now? im going kick ur ass sony, if i can't get my acc back!!!!!
