by the way you must be at the home screen when doing this.

1 go to settings and then go down to accessory settings.

2 Now scroll down to audio device settings.

3 Go to input device and press your triangle button on your ps3 controller and then choose settings.

4 Now press x on set echo canceller

5 Now do what it says on the screen of your TV which is Before starting, place the microphone near the speakers and turn up the speaker volume until the microphone pics up the sound from the speakers.

6 After your mic on on 5 press x and put it near your tv speakers and let it do it its thing.

7 Now press ok and your done.

Note if you change the settings for audio output settings the echo cancellor feature will be restored to its default settings
