After that i always made them by going to us.playstation.com
But now i try making them and it says
"Site Maintenance Notice
The server is currently down for maintenance.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.

現在、サーバーのメンテナンス中です。
大変申し訳ございませんが、しばらくしてから再度接続してください。"
So basically, i cant make the accounts off my PC anymore.
How can i make them now? Just wait for Sony to realize?

You'll have to go to account management in it, to change the name. Like you'll make the account, but you won't get to pick a name until after the account is made. :lol:

alright hit account then account details then edit under customer since, then make the account i.d then you're set.

You must have made so many accounts if you can make a new one on your ps3..Or your PC :L
