In the PARAM.SFO file i found

Converting it to text would be

I try'ed to do the easiest thing which would be changing the level saving then loading it onto the PS3 but, i got a Corrupted Data. i don't know if there is a way to fix it but, I saw a save that started of with the main character at the begging at level 20
If anyone knows how to do that it would help :3

try looking into how xbox mods it its same way i think idk cant really check right now dont have a computer to do anything on but i was going to look into modding new vegas through the save when i get computer back

I know how to do it for xbox on xbox in this file it keeps all the guns content but for PS3 it doesnt keep the guns and etc.
