Call sky and say your routers broken because too many metal objects were around it, they should send you a new one, or come over to fix it, also you should try and use this tool called DNSbench, It finds the fastest dns servers around, and then you can use them on your ps3 or pc, you should also threaten sky, for example say you're going to move to Virgin, call virgin and tell them to give you a better package than what you have with sky, then phone sky up and say virgin gave me this package, and they should give you a better one. Also phone sky about your connection, before i had minimum 0.30 mb of download now its gone up too 3mb, still shit but it was better than before. Hope this helps

mine used to fail all the time try this go to your connection setiings do everything normal up till you save it and i says test back out and sign in it used to let me sign in this way but if thats not the problem and u just want to know your speed then just go to speed test your isp has too large a ping and it times out with the psn servers thats what causes this hope i helped
