Respected PS3 homebrew developer, graf_chokolo has told everyone at grafchokolo.com that he is probably going to jail after all as he won’t able to pay the legal costs involved in his battle with SONY. Before this, he has been sued and raided by SONY for publishing the security architecture of the PS3 as well as his work on bringing back the OtherOS.
Hi guys, no money left anymore. Going to jail soon probably because i cannot pay court costs.
But i’m ready to stand up for everything i said and go to jail for that too. It’s not important to win, more important is to show them that we are ready to fight, that they cannot scare me off easily. Yeah, i’m ready to go to jail for my believes and my principles.
Most of people probably think that all computer and kernel hackers are weak kids, hiding in a cellar, eating pizza whole day, writing software and looking for attention Maybe, but that’s NOT me. And i will get out eventually and continue my work. My work means very much to me.
We are trying to contact graf_chokolo to know more about this shocking news. Stay tuned everyone.

ok i understand what u want to say and sorry for my bad inglish..im french.
but yea they should know this could happen but...its saad he didn't that for piracy.
gehot is different he has a name on the hacking scene since he hacked iphones and things
graf came out from nothing (or really underground scene) to ps3 scene so he doesn't have the support that gehot has.
but anyway thanks for clarified ur opinion
