2 which are broken

1 has a broken blu-ray drive which was at 3.41 for the longest time but recently updated to get Netflix on it. Since I updated this one it has been having crazy lag problems and Netflix won't even open.... it just stays black. I really wish I never updated this one

2 had the YLOD. I put new Thermal Compound and it worked great for 3 hours untill it got the YLOD again. I used the Hair Drier method and the PS3 now does not have the YLOD but the fan starts up then just stops, the ps3 runs for around 2 minutes then gets the overheating button.

Anyone know what I can do for either of these ps3s?

Sorry i cant help you i never experianced this. I'v had my PS3 for 5 years and nothing's wrong with it. Hopefully someone can help you.
