from the picture i can see it went to safe mode (recovery mode) have you tried to upgrade or reinstall same firmware? and try to change hard drive if none of these work quote me back

did you always have it connected with the hdmi cable? or have you just switched from scart? this might be the problem if so try yhe following,

just try reset the whole console bro

you try to reset it also take the HDD Out and see if it turns on ( will give you error ) and if it only turns on with a different HDD then you may need a new one

I can pretty much already tell what the issue is. You are now running HDMI, I am betting you changed the type of connection wires. Go back to the original cords you were using, then go to recovery mode to reset your console. If it still is not working, then (seeing as it is a slim) then your HDD is screwed permanently and will need a replacement.
