(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello All, My PS3 Is Now Over A Year Old And It Wont Turn On Anymore? I need help it wont even go into safe mode, it did then i got an error which ill upload a photo, i have a sata to usb but it wont work as my computers dont find it?

from the picture i can see it went to safe mode (recovery mode) have you tried to upgrade or reinstall same firmware? and try to change hard drive if none of these work quote me back

did you always have it connected with the hdmi cable? or have you just switched from scart? this might be the problem if so try yhe following,
turn off the PLAYSTATION 3 system then press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a beep. You can then use the Settings category in the XMB to configure your Display settings manually.

you try to reset it also take the HDD Out and see if it turns on ( will give you error ) and if it only turns on with a different HDD then you may need a new one :(

ps3 doesnt turn on so i cant get get to safe mode? i tryed to plug hdd to my computer, doesnt work? please help ive tried both hd and RCA, wont work please help?

I can pretty much already tell what the issue is. You are now running HDMI, I am betting you changed the type of connection wires. Go back to the original cords you were using, then go to recovery mode to reset your console. If it still is not working, then (seeing as it is a slim) then your HDD is screwed permanently and will need a replacement.
