Sony Network Entertainment VP Eric Lempel has just announced that PS3 System Software Update v3.66 is incoming shortly, which will improve system stability during use of PS3 format software and PSN network services.

This might be patch for QA Flagging, considering that this update is announced a day after we have discovered QA flagging method.

Just turn on your PS3 it should say an update is needed. If not go to network and check for updates.
