(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well it cant come as much of a surprise, to see a class action lawsuit being filled, yet again, against SCEA, for something they did, or didn’t do.

With all the problems with the hacking of PSN and various other Websites, we knew it wouldn’t belong before someone complained, whilst there was a few cases brought up during the PSN outage, this is the first since PSN has been restored.

On the 20th of June 2011 Felix Cortorreal, Jacques Daoud jr. and Jimmy Cortorreal, filled a class action complaint, against Sony Corporation of America, Sony Computer Entertainment of America, Sony Picture Entertainment and Sony Network Entertainment International, here is a small quote from the court document:

Im lazy and can't really be bothered reading the details, but I assume it's regarding the stolen data from the PSN attack a few weeks back?
Wasn't the last attempt to sue Sony a complete failure?

Couldn't agree more. People are always looking for ways to sue others to get easy money from the most ridiculous things. I love how a single person seems to think that they can sue a multi-billion dollar organisation over something like this.

It's a shame you can sue for just about anything in the U.S. today.

Hmmm well i have two views on this, my first one is sony sorta deserved it, for treating their customers like sh#t, and taking away features etc, however my other view will be that, nothing is un hackable, hackers would of defo had some sort of trouble breaching into the network, remember, the ps3 did take a longer time to hack than xbox, so keep that in mind. The only reason xbox servers/data base hasn't been hacked is due to Microsoft being kind, and caring towards their customers. Those are my two views for this lawsuit :p

I agree that Sony didn't do much, but they fixed the problem. This is just another frivolous lawsuit for money. I'll laugh if the judge dismisses the case
