Mine is the release date CECHA-001 its got the YLOD a couple of times

Since January 17, 2008, signed up for PSN in Feb. Had to be sent back to Sony once due to Blu-Ray drive failure, got it back and it has worked fine since.

Im on my 3rd ps3 right now my first ps3 cechh01 ylod after the 1 year warranty was up.The second ps3 I bought used and it had the ylod. I bought the 160gigs black ops bundle last month it was a great deal. I will have to get the extended warranty through the playstation network so i dont gotta keep fixing that damm ylod like I used to on my old system.

First PS3 was November of 2006, Paid 1100$ off ebay 60GB, lasted till about November 2009 when I bought a new slim 120GB which is still going strong now.

I had to fix my ps3 a couple times because of ylod. but my first fix lasted 5 months. 

isn't it suppose to say hey how long HAVE you had your ps3?

i had mine since late august 2008 and still got it, I play about 10 hours a day usually, but it scares the SH*T out of me sometimes making loud noises and hot air coming out the back but is been doing that for like 6 months maybe more and still running strong

Funny that, mines being doing that for about 6 months also.... creepy sh*t man.

And I've had mine since release, and it's still going strong.
