Of course he can do that. If he paid for it, he has the right to do whatever he pleases. This is why you have to be cautious when paying for gameshares, because the owner can revoke it at anytime.

You may be temporarily banned from psn or nothing will happen, depends how the person is feeling.

Well yes it is now your account but in sonys eyes its still his. If he has DOB and security question then he can easily get the account back...even if you have traded accounts.
This is wrong to do but as i have said in sonys eyes its his account.

And if he demands his old account, its only fair you get yours from him as well.

send him a message saying i want my account back instead then it would work and he cant get account back if you have access to his email

yes id get my account back if the trade took place on ngu id open a dispute against him if not though idk
