Map pack 2 should still be on your ps3 unless you deleted the user you gameshared with meaning you shouldnt have to download them again for a new account

I deleted the user from my ps3. So do I just get his info sign in again and re download the map?

the account has to be activated on your ps3

You have to sign in as the user then try a game with there map pack and that activates it.
