it wont be on firmware 3.55 because the black ops bundle was released after all the CFW shit happened, it would be on 3.60 or 3.65.
your best option would be to buy a refurbished ps3 at gamestop. theyre gamers, if you asked them, they would tell you what firmware the ps3 is on, before you buy it.
